        of Section 21 on the north end, and the presumed David Hartzell 
        homesite in the NE corner.

Note 4: First time the 20 acres was owned by one person.  This 
        piece was made up of the N 1/5 NW 1/4   Section 22, plus a  
        40-rod (8 acre) extension into Section 21.  David Hartzell's 
                land was the westernmost 20 acres.

Note 5: First time the 20 acres was defined as a separate piece; 
        8 acres in Section 21 plus 12 acres in Section 22.
